1. General Agreement

By completing online registration for TG CUTICON 2026 (11th Annual Conference of IADVL Telangana State Branch), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all delegates, postgraduate residents, faculty speakers, accompanying persons, trade delegates, and exhibitors participating in the conference held on 05–06 December 2026 at Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

2. Registration Rules & Category Eligibility

• Registration Requirement: Conference registration is mandatory for all individuals attending scientific sessions, workshops, trade exhibitions, or official luncheons.
• IADVL Delegates: Delegates registering under IADVL member categories must provide a valid IADVL Life / Ordinary Membership Number. False membership details may result in cancellation without refund.
• Postgraduate (PG) Residents: PG Residents registering at discounted student rates must upload an official recommendation / bonafide certificate issued and signed by their Head of Department (HOD).
• Medical Council Registration: All medical practitioners must provide their valid Medical Council (MCI / NMC / State Medical Council) Registration Number.
• Accompanying Persons: Accompanying person registration grants admission to inaugural functions, exhibition areas, and official dining halls, but does not grant entry to core scientific symposia or entitle the holder to a delegate kit.

3. Scientific Abstract Submissions

Only delegates who have registered for the main conference are eligible to submit abstracts for Oral Free Papers, e-Posters, or Award paper sessions. Abstract submissions must strictly comply with the guidelines published on the official website.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Gateway Charges

All published registration tariffs are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.

For online registrations, standard payment gateway convenience charges (approximately 2.5%) charged by payment service providers will be added to the net payable amount during checkout.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat.

• Cancellations received on or before the cutoff date are eligible for a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable operational and banking costs.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after the official cutoff date or for no-shows at the conference venue.
• All approved refunds will be credited back after the completion of the conference.

6. Event Postponement & Force Majeure

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the scientific program schedule, hall allocations, or faculty panel if necessary.

In the event that TG CUTICON 2026 is delayed, postponed, or altered due to a Force Majeure event (including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, public health emergencies, or government directives), the liability of the committee is limited strictly to policy guidelines after deducting essential non-recoverable operational expenses.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceedings arising out of or related to TG CUTICON 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
