By registering for TG CUTICON 2026 (11th Annual Conference of IADVL Telangana State Branch) through our official online registration portal, you voluntarily consent to receive official communications regarding conference registrations, scientific schedules, workshops, abstract submissions, and event announcements.

These administrative and academic updates may be delivered via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or voice communication using the contact details provided during registration.

2. Scope of Participant Communications

Registered delegates, PG residents, faculty, and accompanying persons will receive essential updates, including but not limited to:

• Registration confirmation receipts, Registration IDs (e.g. TGC26-XXXX), and payment status.
• Scientific program schedule, session timings, and hall allocations at ESCI Hyderabad.
• Pre-conference workshop allocations and venue logistics.
• Abstract submission notifications, reviewer results, and oral/e-poster presentation schedules.
• Certificate of Attendance download links and CME accreditation credit points information.
• Official announcements from the IADVL Telangana State Branch.

During the registration process, the conference portal collects the following essential delegate information:

• Personal Identification: Full Name, Gender, Food Preference.
• Contact Details: Email Address, Mobile Number (WhatsApp-enabled), City, State, Country.
• Professional Credentials: Medical Council Name & MCI/State Registration Number, IADVL Membership Number (for delegates).
• Institutional Information: Hospital / Institute Name, Academic Designation.
• Verification Documents: HOD Recommendation Letters (for PG Residents) and Payment UTR / Transaction Proofs.

4. Use of Delegate Information & Non-Sharing Commitment

Delegate information is gathered exclusively for conference operations, badge printing, CME credit logging, and participant verification.

Strict Non-Disclosure Commitment: We do not sell, lease, rent, trade, or share delegate personal information or email addresses with external commercial entities or third-party marketing brokers.
